MAXIGEAR Backing Pad Extra Long Heavy Duty 'Gripper' System

Threaded M14 Backing Pads, used with Non-Woven or ‘open weave’ backed abrasive discs on angle grinders.
Laminated with 3mm cellular rubber with extra length heavy duty ‘gripper’ system = anchor shaped hooks.
Rubber laminate allows the surface of the abrasive disc to conform to varying surfaces during grinding, reducing high spots.
Reduces the effects of clogged discs losing adhesion.
Available without centre knob to suit open weave grinding discs with and without centre hole.
Centre knob for open wear grinding discs with centre hole.
These are for open weave, not suitable for 'VELCRO' sandpaper abrasives.
